Tis the season for all things merry and bright! Parker and I have both been wearing our pink Hunter boots a lot lately. Matching with her makes my mama heart so happy. Also, watching her take in all that is Christmas is pretty special too. This holiday season is going to be so fun. I love seeing the excitement and wonder in her eyes.
We got our Christmas tree on Sunday and she was right there the whole time helping us pick one out. Her knees and boots were completely muddy by the time we were done but it was worth it! I know she’s still young but these are the memories I will always remember. Climbing up a hill for the perfect tree, not finding said perfect tree, driving to a different tree farm, stomping through the mud, blasting Christmas music and dancing while we decorated.
We have a full month of holiday activities planned – baking, ugly sweater parties, looking at Christmas lights, visiting family. But I’m most excited about the time we’ll spend at home as a family, enjoying our giant tree! (scroll to the bottom for a picture)
Parker’s shirt is from Pineapple Lace. They have a ton of Christmas inspired shirts for kids and adults. Parker is only 21 months old but the 2-4 fits her pretty good. I love the lace sleeves and bright colored graphic. It’s perfect for my girly girl!

Who else goes for the tall trees?
